Camp is not a professional camping site. It is a temporary shelter where one
can enjoy a brief rest. The camp provides basic tent, toilet, rudimentary
facial washing, computer, Wi-Fi, and charging port, and it is where you can
read while enjoying tea and music. You can meet the Nepalese children, and enjoy
a walk or experience paragliding with a view of the Annapurna. Shower and meals
can be accessed with payment in motels nearby.
The best time to visit the camp is from October to April. This is during Nepal’s dry season, when you can take a good look at the grand mountains of Himalaya. In particular, the months between October and December have clear weather, a time when you can best see the snow-covered mountains. The temperature averages between 9 – 24 degrees Celsius in December. It is unusual for the winter temperature to drop below 0 degrees Celsius.
